Meet The Staff

Sherri – Office Administrator

Sherri has been with Central Orthopedics since1987. She has an AA Degree in liberal arts from Polk Community College. She has been the Administrator for Central Orthopedics since 1993. Sherri is a member of the AAOE (American Association of Orthopedic Executives), Florida Bones Society, and MGMA.

Denette – Front Deck Receptionist

Denette has been with Central Orthopedics since 2000. She has held various positions in the medical field since 1987.

Lamona – Medical Coder/Finance

Lamona has been with Central Orthopedics since 2004. She has been a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders since 2007. She completed the CPC boot camp in July of 2007. Lamona completed several courses mandated by First Coast Service Options, Inc. in March of 2008. In May of 2008 she completed evaluation and management coding and in July of 2008 she completed power coding for Orthopedic Surgery.

Gill – Insurance and Billing

Gill has been with Central Orthopedics since 2007. She has an AA in Liberal Arts Degree from Polk Community College. In July 2008 she completed power coding for Orthopedic Surgery.

Beth – X-Ray Technician

Beth has been with Central Orthopedics since 2002. She is a certified X-Ray Technician through the state of Florida.

Connie – Surgical Technician

Connie has been with Central Orthopedics since 1990. She is a Certified Orthopedic Technician and received her degree from the United States Navy in 1975.
